Use of Equipment

Each player is responsible for the proper use of padel rackets, balls, nets, and court facilities. Any intentional or negligent damage to provided equipment will be the responsibility of the user, and charges will apply as per the schedule below.

Damage Liability Charges

• Lost or Damaged Racket: Rs. 15,000 per unit
• Lost Ball (per piece): Rs. 300
• Damaged Net: Rs. 20,000
• Broken Court Glass Panel: Rs. 75,000 – 150,000 (depending on panel size)
• Damaged Lighting Fixtures or Electrical Fittings: As per market replacement rate
• Any other willful damage to facility infrastructure (benches, fencing, etc.): Assessed on-site

Client Conduct

• Players must wear proper non-marking sports shoes on court.
• No food or drinks are allowed inside the court.
• Clients are expected to maintain courteous behavior. Abuse, foul language, or rough play may result in immediate cancellation of session without refund.

Time Slot Rules

• Each booking is strictly limited to the assigned slot. Any overstay beyond 10 minutes will incur a penalty of Rs. 1,000.
• No-shows or late arrivals will not be compensated with extra time unless availability allows.

Assumption of Risk & Indemnity

Players use the facility at their own risk. The management is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost personal belongings.

By signing this document, the client agrees to waive all claims against the facility, staff, or owners in case of injury or loss.

Photography/Videography Consent

The management may take photos or short videos for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be filmed, kindly inform the staff in advance.

Cancellations/Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the booked time slot for a full refund or rescheduling. No refund will be given for last-minute cancellations.

CLIENT DECLARATION

I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions mentioned above. I accept full responsibility for my conduct and any damage caused during my session.
