Cancellation Policy
Cancellation made more than 24 hours before booking ensures:
Refund: You can enjoy a full refund with no questions asked.
Rescheduling: Reschedule at no extra cost, subject to court availability.
Cancellations made between 6 to 24 hours before booking include:
Refund: Unfortunately, you will not get a refund for cancellations made within this time period.
Rescheduling Option: You can reschedule your booking with a 20% rebooking fee, again subject to court availability.
No-Show Policy
If you don’t show up for your booking without prior notice:
Refund: The booking fee will not be refundable.
Future Bookings: If you don’t appear for your bookings for a long time, that may result in a temporary booking restriction.
Refunds Due to External or Technical Reasons
If a court becomes unplayable due to weather conditions, including heavy rain and fog or technical issues on our end:
Refund: In this case, there will be a full refund.
Rescheduling: At no cost, there will be a rescheduling, subject to availability.
Refund Processing
Method: The refund will be processed through your original payment method or via bank transfer.
Timeframe: You can wait for 5-10 business days in case the refund is reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
